Has there been any charges filed by the DA on this ? I know you really would like to see her in trouble but has it moved beyond the losing candidate in the election filing a complaint ? Seems like a lot of people making "alleged" mountains out of mole hills so far unless I'm missing something. Shouldn't you wait for a conviction or no contest plea or something before you go asking for apologies ? Or is this really about this JJ fellow who would be your guy losing the election and that losing is distressing to right wing extemists so something must be done....like file a lawsuit. Seems like total overkill going on here.

Over reaction would be an understatement to this "alleged criminal scandal". WCNB did absolutely nothing wrong. The DA's office is now investigating Blonien for filing a fraudulent complaint.

Isn't it amazing when the left gets caught how the excuses come rolling out?

HTC crackes me up, "losing is distressing to right wing extemists so something must be done....like file a lawsuit..."  I have two words for HTC:  Al Gore.

Again, I have not seen anything from the DA. No need to make an excuse for something that is non-existent. A right winger who lost the election files a complaint and you guys turn that into a "big story". That's kind of embarrassing on your part.

I don't always agree with Linda but one thing she does is appear to go to great lengths and sometimes expense to check her facts. It will surprise me if she is charged with something.

I realize your right wing world has been taking a beating these days. It must be hard on the ego. Now that the economy is going down into a deep hole along with everything else the Republican's have been in charge of the last 8 years there is nothing left for you guys and gals to cling to and call a right wing success. That really has to be a downer.

As I've said before, in the NFL, when the coach leads the team to a lousy record you fire the guy and try to find a winner. You folks need to become part of the that cut throat world that can see poor performance and reward it with change. You people are such bleeding hearts who just want to hang onto your ideology even though it has led us to last place in the league. Are you really going to drive our country over the cliff before you are man and woman enough to admit you don't have good policies ?

Wait until there is a story to jump all over Linda Richter or perhaps JJ. Until then you just look like a "bitter" group of boys at the school lunch table waiting to pull some more pig tails.

COMPLAINT AGAINST WECARE-NEW BERLIN, RAY MCINERNEY, PRESIDENT; LINDA RICHTER, TREASURER; RUSH WILKENS, SECRETARY; FOR KNOWINGLY PUBLISHING A FALSE REPRESENTATION PERTAINING TO A CANDIDATE JJ BLONIEN WHICH WAS INTENDED TO AFFECT VOTING AT THE APRIL 1, 2008 ELECTION IN THE CITY OF NEW BERLIN. (WIS. STATS. SEC. 12.05)

I, Jerome J. Blonien, submit the following complaint against WeCare-New Berlin, a political action group, and its officers; Ray McInerney Sr., President; Linda Richter, Treasurer; and Rush Wilkens, Secretary.

1. I am an adult citizen of the State of Wisconsin with permanent residency at 13105 West Scarborough Drive, New Berlin Wisconsin 53151.

2. Ray McInerney Sr., Linda Richter, and Rush Wilkens, operate a committee named WeCare-NEW BERLIN, registered with the state of Wisconsin and the city of New Berlin as a political action group. This committee is referred to hereafter as “WCNB.”

3. On or about March 29, 2008, WCNB delivered a flyer titled “REVIEW THE FACTS” to households in the 6th Aldermanic District in the city of New Berlin. (Flyer is attached as exhibit 1)

4. In the flyer the following statements were represented as “FACT”:

a. “ • Lost lawsuit against Reynolds opponent”

b. “• Lost lawsuit with Wauwatosa City Clerk

c. “• Has been involved in a least 140 lawsuits (See Wis. Circuit Court Access)”

5. All of these statements are patently false, and were knowingly made to affect voting at the April 1, 2008 election in the City of New Berlin.

6. A search of the Wisconsin Circuit Court Access database will prove that Blonien has been involved in eight lawsuits, not the 140 as stated by WCNB as fact.

7. Blonien has never been involved with a lawsuit against any opponent of former State Senator Tom Reynolds, nor with any Wauwatosa City Clerk.

8. Pursuant Wis. Stat. § 12.05, “No person may knowingly make or publish, or cause to be made or published, a false representation pertaining to a candidate or referendum which is intended or tends to affect voting at an election.”

I, Jerome J. Blonien, being first duly sworn on oath state that I personally read the above complaint, and that above allegations are true based upon my personal knowledge and, as to those stated on information and belief, I believe them to be true.

The Wheels of Justice run slowly, charges do not come instantly.

The point is her pig tail pulling has now gotten her into legal trouble. Is that so difficult to comprend for person such as yourself. This is what everyone is happy about. Justice being served to sanctimonious person such as Linda, not whether she is a Liberal or a Conservative.

Thanks for bringing the alleged criminal scandal involving the Linda Richter, Rush Wilkins and Ray McInerny We Care New Berlin-PAC to the public’s attention. This is not just an infraction of State Elections Board rules. If true, this is a serious criminal offense punishable by heavy fines and/or prison time!  

It is troubling that Linda Richter’s We Care New Berlin-PAC would be so brazen to allegedly lie about JJ Blonien to get their endorsed candidate, Bill Moore, re-elected. Of course I expected the “Gang of 3” to use their WCNB-PAC political spin machine to pull out all the stops to distort the truth to try to save Moore, because Moore was expected to lose, due to his extreme leftist agenda. But, to allegedly out and out make things up is beyond the pale, even in the rough and tumble world of New Berlin politics. One of the most basic things they teach in Principled Politics 101 is: Don’t make up things about yourself or your opponent. What a bunch of amateurs.

Yet, it’s somehow fitting that cyber-bully Linda Richter, notorious for her unwarranted and vicious attacks against the mainstream local government watchdog group, New Berlin Citizens for Responsible Government (NBCRG), its president, my father Ralph Heun, and every fiscally-responsible local elected official including myself, now has a criminal complaint filed against her for alleged lies that she put on her WCNB-PAC attack flyer against another decent man, JJ Bonien.    

I hope that District Attorney Brad Schimel moves swiftly to ensure that justice is done in this case.

Linda Richter's Blog has her saying Bill Moore Thriumph's.  I see no comments have been entered. I entered a comment  "The losers in this election are the residents of the 6th District"  Apparently only comments agreeing with her positions are allowed since mine never appeared.  I can see why she is no longer on the School Board.

So HTC these are New Berlin people that do not feel that what Linda did is NO BIG THING and I guess they are all PIG TAIL PULLERS. All commenting as to what a destructive person she is and has been.

HTC - You definitely are a pro at WAGGING THE DOG just as Linda is while accusing others of wrong doing!  What a sad little person you are.

Bryan,the complaint isn't the story. Anyone can file a complaint. That doesn't mean she did what was in the complaint. You post a bunch of nonsense comments from some of New Berlin's most extreme right wing ideologists who don't like Linda Richter and that makes her guilty of this complaint ?

What you're doing is just embarrassing. If nothing comes of this complaint you will owe the lady one giant apology. Will you be man enough ?

Who has she accused of  wrong doing that didn't do the things she said ? The Matt Thomas bankruptcy issue was true. A guy runs around telling everyone to be fiscally conservative and responsible while at the same time spending more than he has and ultimately stiffing the lenders. I've been stiffed like that myself and it is not a trivial thing like you want people to think. Then he wants to make far reaching financial decisions for the school system that will impact us for years. You only defend Thomas because he is a rightie like yourself.

You really should wait until the DA has made some decisions about all this before you write the things you do . It makes you look rather bad.

The cruel things she writes do not deserve an apology and I doubt anyone will give her one.
