1. Lakefront Brewery Tour, Milwaukee - What is better than a tour that starts at the tap and allows you to sip their awesome beers as you learn about the brewery and brewing process?

2. Puempel's Olde Tavern, New Glarus - A great place to have one of New Glarus' finest brews after a day of wandering around town.

3. Minocqua Brewing Company, Minocqua - Sipping a Wild Rice Lager in a smoke free bar in the northwoods is a great experience.

4. Miller Park Parking lot - Beer and tailgating go hand in hand.

5. Milwaukee Ale House patio - My favorite summer activity is sipping some of their awesome brews while hanging out near the Milwaukee River.

6. Essen Haus, Madison - Order up a boot of German Beer for your table!

7. Great Dane Brewing Co. Patio, Madison - One of the best outdoor patios ever.

8. Baumgartner's, Monroe WI - Though I haven't been there many people have told me they love this place not just because of the Limburger Cheese but because it is a great place to enjoy a beer, even more so if you are ordering a Huber.

9. Weissgerber's Old German Beer Hall, Milwaukee - Yeah there are a lot of frat-boy types in here but its fun the beer is awesome.

10. Anchor Bar, Superior - Its cold up there. Warm up in the Anchor Bar where you can get a huge (and delicious) cheeseburger for 2.50 and fries for another buck. The beer is cold and as cheap as the food.

Any country side brewpub in England while touring the country on a rented Triumph motorcycle.

Choice number two. Any monastary in Belgium with a few Monks who have the patience to properly age their ale and are willing to impart their wisdom over several steins of said beverage.

Choice number three. In a Bavarian castle while on a loosely guided motorcycle tour featuring the BMW of your choice. Any regional brew will do.

Choice number four and the one with more reality than the first three, in my living room with the Lazy Boy kicked out while chasing down saltines and sharp cheddar.

Instruct the recipient to drink lots of beer before, during and after fruitcake consumption. Perhaps that will help them forget about the crappy fruitcake gift.

I'll buy a 12 pack every once in a while. It brings me back to the 70's when my dad came home at 6:30am after his 3rd shift job. He'd crack open a nice cold bottle of Blatz and I'd eat my bowl of Captain Crunch and then we'd watch Fury together.

Now that I'm a grown up I just pour the beer over my cereal.lol, just kidding!
