Storytime Sessons for ages 3, 4 and 5 begin February 5

"APPLES TO ZUCCHINI:  STORYTIMES"

STORIES, RHYMES, SONGS AND CRAFTS ABOUT FOOD

  

(Ages 3s, 4s and 5s)Tuesdays at 1:30 p.m., Thursdays at 10:30 a.m, or Fridays at 10:30 a.m. February 5 – March 14 

                        February 5, 7 or 8 – What’s For Breakfast?

                        February 12, 14 or 15 – I’m Hungry                        February 19, 21 or 22 – Soup and Pasta                        February 26, 28 or 29 – Easy as Pie                        March 4, 6 or 7 – Seeds and GrowingMarch 11, 13 or 14 –     Teddy Bear Picnic (please bring a teddy bear or other stuffed animal) Storytimes will be held on Tuesdays at 1:30 p.m., Thursdays at 10:30 a.m., or Fridays at 10:30  a.m.  Children ages 3, 4 or 5 may enroll for this series of six storytimes.  Each storytime lasts approximately 45 minutes.  Caretakers may choose to attend/not attend, but are asked to remain in the building.  Enrollment is limited.  You may register in person, by phone (414-423-2136) or e-mail (grnd.ref@mcfls.org).   Greendale Public Library5647 Broad StreetGreendale, WI  53129414 423-2136www.greendale.org/library.htm

Please note that any DVDs not on the shelves when you visit the library can be placed on hold for you.  Holds can be placed from home, in the library, or by seeing the librarian at the Information Desk.  New DVDs are shelved above the main collection and circulate for three days with no renewal and no grace period.  Older DVDs circulate for seven days with a three day grace period on fines.

4)  Limit to "Greendale"

Registration for Winter Storytimes Begins Monday, January 7th

LAPSITTERS

(Ages 2s and 3s)

Thursdays 10:30 a.m. or Fridays 10:30 a.m.

January 10 – February 1


   January 10 or 11 - Farms

   January 17 or 18 - Mealtimes

   January 24 or 25 - Gardens

   January 31 or February 1 - Picnics


Storytimes will be held on Thursdays at 10:30 a.m. or Fridays at 10:30 a.m.  Children ages 2 – 3 ½ may enroll for this series of four storytimes.  A caregiver must accompany the child.  Each storytime lasts approximately 30 minutes.  Enrollment is limited.  Registration begins on Monday, January 7th at 8:30 a.m. by phone or 10:00 a.m. in person for Greendale residents.  Registration for the general public begins on January 8th.  E-mail registrations to grnd.ref@mcfls.org that initiated after 8:30 a.m. January 7th will be accepted.
