The 2007-2008 session of the Wisconsin Legislature is underway, and over the next two years, there will be a number of major developments at the state Capitol, including the most important piece of business the Legislature will work on, the biennial state budget. As part of my blog, I will keep you informed of what transpires at the Capitol and in Senate District 28.
